How do I address you? Until you have been trained to address Me properly, please call Me Miss or Miss Kimberley. I dislike all and sundry calling Me Mistress.

I'd like to book an appointment? You will email Me, you will be polite and respectful, keep it to the point, and you will not be drunk or have taken illegal drugs.
